As the artist, I can:_{-Post the art on social media, and use it in my portfolio.}_{-Refuse any commissions if I feel uncomfortable.}

As the buyer, you can:_{-Post it on your social media with proper credit given. This means the artist's name (simkxa) and the artist's link (https://simkxa.carrd.co)}_{-Use the art as a banner, pfp, ect. with proper credit given.}_{-Add the art to your Toyhouse with proper credit. My Toyhouse is linked on my main carrd.}

You cannot:_{-Edit the photo in any way, unless to crop it for uploading purposes (e.g. uploading a pfp).}_{-Use the artwork for any NFT/cryptocurrency purposes.}_{-Use the artwork for any commercial purposes.}_{-Remove the artist's signature.}

THERE IS NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT SHIPPED. THE ART WILL BE SENT DIGITALLY VIA EMAIL. BY PAYING AND STARTING THE COMMISSION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO UNDERSTANDING THIS.

Process:_{-Contact me on any social media platform I am available on (Instagram and twitter if available is preferred, but if necessary and other social media is ok).

-After giving the information for the commission, a sketch will be made. A clear reference is needed for any OC's, along with a clear idea of what you want for your piece.

-A few sketches will be made and the commissioner will be able to choose one or request any changes freely at this point.

-Once the sketch is agreed on, payment will be needed. Payment is via stripe or paypal on my ko-fi.

-Payment must be payed within 7 days or the order will be cancelled. By paying you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.

-The full and correct amount agreed upon must be paid before I start the rest of the commission. Any less than the agreed amount will result in me not continuing the commission until the remaining money has been paid.}

Once payed, there are no refunds unless the artist is unable to complete the commission. The artist will let you know a refund will be given before returning the money._{-After that the commission will go ahead, with watermarked WIPs of the line art , flat colour (and shading if required).}

_{-Major changes can happen with the sketch, but otherwise only colour adjustments can be made after the sketch phase.}

_{-Once the commission is done, the files will be sent to your email.}

-One png file of the commission.

-FOR FLAT COMMISSIONS:
One transparent png file of the commission.
For Shaded commissions or flat commissions with a background:
One non transparent png file of the commission.}

-There will be no physical shipped product. There will only be digital goods sent over via email.It may take anywhere between 5 days to 5 weeks for a commission to be finished. Please be patient if it takes longer than expected.
